C&C Of Gods and Monsters Update

Greetings from the Dens,
Okay, its been a long time, but as we noted when we did the 7th printing C&C Kickstaretr the book Of Gods and Monsters was no where on the docket. Well it NOW IS! Work has begun. The new cover is underway (Peter Bradley artist) and the interior is being updated. Essentially the updates will see a stat block for each god that mimics the deity stat block in The Players Guide to Aihrde. Text will also be updated, giving more on the mythology of each god. As this takes shape in the coming weeks we'll keep you posted.
In other news: we are launching a Castles & Crusades Collector's Digest and Box set Kickstarter in the next 36 hours. We invite you to head on over and take a look at the preview page. Feel free to comment on that page, there should be a space for that. We want to make sure we have it right. It's going to be a lot of fun!

Greetings from the Dens!
As many of you know, we offered a 2nd edition of Jim Ward's classic Castles & Crusades book Of Gods & Monsters, as a stretch reward for the Players Handbook 7th Printing Kickstarter. As noted during the Kickstarter, this book was not at all on the docket, beyond some pre-planning and conceptual changes that I wanted to make on it, and it was going to be some time before I got to it. There were many other projects already on my desk that needed my attention, most notably The Adventurers Backpack and Tome of the Unclean. With that knowledge, you all have waited very patiently. Thank you for that!
Now, both of those books are completed and off my desk and my attention turns now to Of Gods & Monsters. I've had several talks with Steve Ege and welcomed his design input. I will continue that in the near future and settle on the changes I want to make and get this project rolling. I have a larger vision for it now and I think that will pay off.
In the meantime, please don't miss out on our latest Kickstarter. We are bringing the world of Aihrde to the greater role playing world, offering up a 5th Edition version the Players Guide to it. The project has already funded and is deep into the stretch reward territory. Head over and help us out (unlike Of Gods & Monsters, this one is ready for editing and layout).

Monsters Unleashed!
For every $500 we raise from this point going forward (starting at $20,000), we will take one monster from the Monsters & Treasure and design and write an encounter for it. We'll compile these into a PDF and release a digital version to everyone at the $19 level and above. If there are enough of them, we'll print it and ship it with your book for those who pledge $49 and above! Each encounter will be 1-2 pages long, include lead-up to, events surrounding, the monster and its peculiar habits, treasure and experience point value.
